At The Mechanicals, we sell products from various manufacturers and also manufacture selected cable products under the The Mechanicals brand.

Manufacturer Warranty Products
Products supplied by third-party brands are covered by the warranty provided by their respective manufacturers.
Warranty terms, duration, repairs, replacements, and service procedures are determined solely by the manufacturer. The Mechanicals acts as a dealer and will assist customers in contacting the appropriate manufacturer or authorized service center whenever possible.

The Mechanicals Cable Warranty
All genuine cable products manufactured by The Mechanicals are covered by a 12-Month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Material defects
Faulty workmanship
Product failure during normal intended use
Fire Safety Warranty for The Mechanicals Cables
The Mechanicals cables are manufactured using quality materials and are designed to meet applicable safety standards.
If a genuine The Mechanicals cable is suspected to have failed due to a manufacturing defect that resulted in overheating, melting, smoke, or fire-related damage, the cable may be submitted for inspection.
Upon verification of a manufacturing defect, The Mechanicals may provide a replacement cable of the same or equivalent model.

Fire Warranty Limitations

The Fire Safety Warranty:
Covers replacement of the defective cable only.
Does not cover damage to property, equipment, devices, furnishings, buildings, or any consequential losses.
Requires inspection and approval by The Mechanicals before any warranty claim is accepted.
The warranty will be void if the cable has been:
Improperly installed
Modified, repaired, or altered
Used beyond its rated specifications
Exposed to misuse, abuse, or negligence
Damaged due to faulty electrical wiring, power surges, lightning, water exposure, or other external causes
