Warranty Policy

5-Year Warranty on Cables We stand behind the engineering and durability of our connectivity solutions. All Cables by The Mechanicals come with a comprehensive 5-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Claim Process & Shipping If your cable experiences a failure due to a manufacturing defect within the 5-year warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

• Shipping Costs: Please be advised that all shipping charges related to warranty repairs or replacements must be borne by the customer. This includes the cost of shipping the defective item to our facility, as well as the return shipping costs for the repaired or replacement item.

• Initiating a Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your original order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description (or photos/videos) of the issue. Once approved, we will provide you with the shipping address and further instructions.

Warranty Exclusions This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damages resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper handling, accidental damage, or abuse

• Modifications or unauthorized repairs

• Damage caused by connected equipment
